The beautiful Zillertal valley offers bike enthusiasts a stunning 800 km of biking routes to enjoy. With a variety of difficulty, the different routes are suitable for all skill levels and ensure lovely days spent in the mountains with unforgettable views of our unspoilt nature.
With more than 30 different bike tours to explore, you can choose the tour which suits you best. Starting with the family-friendly and relaxed Zillertal bike path, which is approximately 30 km in length and leads you from Strass im Zillertal all the way to Mayrhofen, you can go as far as you please. For all the bikers who fancy a challenge, we recommend the adventurous mountain bike trails and challenging bike paths to quaint alpine pastures or even all the way to the summits of some of our mountains.
For an extra-special experience on your bike in our alpine landscape, you can take your bike up on the Spieljoch gondola and start your bike tour at an elevated position at 1.900 metres above sea-level. With stunning views and a variety of exciting routes, there is so much to explore up there.
Tip: During summer, the Zillertal Activcard includes free use of the Zillertal lift services up the mountains as well as the free use of most public transport in the Zillertal.
