The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 (1) FAGG does not apply; instead, our Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006:

 

• For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. (deposit already paid)
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% cancellation fees will be charged.
• Meals not consumed will not be refunded.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation insurance:

To spare you and us any inconvenience, we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (including accident benefits) as a precaution against cancellation, early departure, and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).

We would like to spare you and ourselves these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle.
