There are so many different trails for you to enjoy a wonderful day of hiking in the Zillertal with an amazing range of tours to explore for all skill levels. Go on a gentle family-hike along the valley, or a relaxed hike to the lovely alpine pastures and mountain huts on the Spieljoch mountain, or challenge yourself to climb all the way to the peak of a mountain of the Zillertal and Tuxer Alps, or hike along alpine trails all the way to the glaciers of the Zillertal.

The First Holiday Region of the Zillertal boasts a staggering 1.000 km of hiking trails for you to experience the beautiful nature of the Zillertal, the warming sunrays, seemingly endless adventure and complete freedom to explore the majestic mountains.

The renowned Spieljochbahn gondola in Fügen is located very close to our Landaus Zillertal and can take you up the mountain in summer as well. From there you can start your hike at a higher vantage point (1.900m above sea-level) in one of the most beautiful hiking areas of the Zillertal.

Our tourism board offers all guests guided hikes with certified mountain guides from June until the end of October. Enjoy interesting themed hikes, learn from your experienced guide, and go on excursions to the Spieljoch mountain.
